Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave using traditional mesquite-wood-fired stone ovens, tahona extraction, and open-air wood tank fermentation. Aged for 12 months in ex-Napa Valley red wine American oak barrels, it offers a sophisticated balance between rich cooked agave, subtle smoke, and deep vinous barrel influences.
Food Pairing: Ribeye steak, braised short ribs, dark chocolate, aged cheeses, mole poblano, and roasted pork.
Tasting Notes : Deep golden amber hue with a rich, silky, and velvety medium-to-full body.
Nose : Glazed donuts, subtle tobacco leaf, caramelized agave, dried cherry, and soft cocoa notes.
Palate : Complex and rich with sweet vanilla, caramel cream, black walnut, candied plum, and subtle marzipan.
Finish : Long and warming with sweet agave, oak tannins, baking spices, and a delicate trail of subtle smoke.
