Crafted in the highlands of San Luis del Río, Oaxaca, Alipus San Luis is a traditional artisanal mezcal that celebrates the deep heritage of agave spirits. Made from 100% Espadín agave, this mezcal is roasted in underground earthen ovens, stone-milled, naturally fermented, and distilled in small copper pot stills, ensuring authenticity in every sip.
Expect a beautifully balanced profile – earthy and smoky with notes of citrus, minerals, and a subtle sweetness that lingers on the palate. Its complexity makes it ideal for sipping neat, yet it also shines in premium mezcal cocktails.
