Syrah is a regal grape. Grown in Europe since at least the 1st century, this grape has history and staying power. The strong aromas and expressive notes that naturally come from the fruit have led to it being grown all around the world for the past two millennia. Every time you drink a Syrah it should be a full sensory experience. This wine was made with the finest fruits in the Campo de Borja region of Spain, all grown on old vines. Rich and round, with spicy floral notes this wine is a joy to drink. The blackberry and pepper play off of one another and lead to a smooth finish. We think it is the perfect pairing for grilled lamb chops. Judges love it too! It took home a silver medal at the 2018 San Diego International Wine & Spirits Challenge and 90 points and a Gold from the 2018 Monterey International Wine Competition!
