Aladino is a flagship brand for Julio R. Eiroa’s JRE Tobacco Company. Eiroa and his family are renowned for their Cuban-seed Authentic Corojo tobacco grown in Honduras. While the original Aladino features an all-Corojo blend, the follow-up Aladino offering, Aladino Maduro, pairs Corojo leaf with other savor tobaccos to deliver a rich, smooth, and deliciously rewarding smoke.
The Aladino Maduro Gordo is a jumbo 6.5” x 60 beauty using a dark and velvety Mexican San Andres Maduro wrapper. At the heart of the cigar is a blend of select Honduran filler tobaccos cultivated on the Eiroa Family’s over 700 acres of farmland in the Jamastran Valley. An Authentic Corojo binder leaf ties the blend together, creating a terrifically satisfying over-an-hour smoke.
The Aladino Maduro Gordo is a rich yet wondrously smooth medium-plus smoke bursting with black pepper, earth, wood, and dark chocolate flavors. Coffee notes are perceptible as the Aladino Maduro Toro evolves, finishing with a sweet and savory climax.
Julio R. Eiroa’s JRE Tobacco is a cigar lover’s dream, with the Aladino Maduro Toro proving a deliciously gratifying option. When searching for a lavishly smooth and compelling Maduro cigar to pass away the time, the Aladino Maduro Gordo is a top pick you can return to repeatedly for good old-fashioned cigar smoking bliss.
