The Aladino Candela Toro (6 x 50) is a true throwback cigar that celebrates one of the most traditional and misunderstood wrapper styles in premium tobacco. Wrapped in a vibrant Honduran Candela leaf, this cigar is crafted using authentic Cuban-seed tobaccos grown in the Jamastran Valley, delivering a medium-bodied profile that is both unique and refreshingly clean. From the first draw, expect notes of fresh-cut grass, herbal tea, light citrus, and soft cedar, complemented by a subtle natural sweetness and a gentle peppery edge.
Candela wrappers are produced through a specialized curing process that locks in the leaf’s chlorophyll, resulting in its signature green color and distinct flavor profile. In the Aladino Candela, this method is executed with precision, creating a cigar that feels balanced rather than sharp, with a smooth, approachable character that evolves steadily throughout the smoke.
In the Toro format, the cigar burns cool and even, producing a crisp, aromatic smoke with excellent clarity of flavor. As it develops, the profile deepens slightly into notes of toasted grain, light earth, and herbal spice, finishing clean and refreshing.
For smokers looking to explore a classic style rarely done this well, the Aladino Candela Toro delivers an authentic, old-school experience—bright, nuanced, and distinctly different from modern cigar profiles.
