The New World series of delicious smokes bolstered AJ Fernandez’s reputation as a true tobacco blending master and his status has only grown with the release of the New World Connecticut series. And now Fernandez has outdone himself yet again with one of his best offering yet: The New World Puro Especial Toro.
With each of its leaves aged 3 to 5 years and bringing something distinctly different to the table, the AJ Fernandez New World Puro Especial Toro is a brilliantly blended 6 ½” x 52 Nicaraguan Puro built around Nicaraguan filler tobaccos from the Fernandez family’s own tobacco farms. A Nicaraguan Habano binder leaf and a special Nicaraguan Criollo 98 wrapper leaf complete the stunning cigar.
At once smooth, voluptuous and vastly entertaining, the AJ Fernandez New World Puro Especial Toro treats the taste-buds to a bountiful cache of earth, nut, spice and natural tobaccos flavors which fill out a perfectly balanced medium-bodied journey that concludes with a seductively sweet finish.
Yet another gem from AJ Fernandez that solidifies him as one of the cigar world’s true masters, the New World Puro Especial Toro is a cigar that has something to offer cigar lovers of all levels of taste or experience and should be an easy choice for those looking to add a reliable smoke to their rotations.
