This tequila undergoes a meticulous production process that contributes to its distinctive qualities. Firstly, it is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, ensuring a genuine and premium foundation. The agave is carefully cooked in brick ovens, a traditional method that imparts a unique flavor profile. Following the cooking process, the agave is pressed using a roller mill, which allows for efficient extraction of juices while preserving the essence of the plant. The extracted juice then undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This fermentation stage, carried out in a controlled environment, plays a crucial role in developing the tequila's character. To further enhance its complexity, the tequila is aged for a duration of two years in barrels crafted from both American and French oak. This dual-barrel aging process imparts distinct nuances and subtle notes from each type of wood, contributing to the overall richness and depth of the final product. The result is a well-balanced and refined tequila that reflects the careful craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout its production journey.
