Adami Garbel Brut Prosecco DOC Treviso is a vibrant sparkling wine produced in the Treviso province of the Veneto region in Northern Italy. The Adami family's winemaking history began in 1920 when Abel Adami purchased the original vineyard, with the winery releasing its first bottling in 1933. Today, the third generation, brothers Armando and Franco Adami, manages the estate with a philosophy that balances modern technology with a deep 'vineyard up' connection to the soil and traditional rural world.
Wine Description
This wine is typically a blend of 90% to 97% Glera and 3% to 10% Chardonnay, appearing pale straw yellow with a persistent, fine perlage and a dense, velvety mousse. The sensory profile is generous and complex, offering a bouquet of ripe peach, yellow apple, honeydew melon, and white flowers, accented by hints of candied lemon and flint. On the palate, the wine is nimble and full-flavored, mirroring its aromatic notes with a brisk acidity and a tangy progression that leads to a clean, refreshing finish.
