This 2021 Oregon Pinot Gris from A to Z Wineworks showcases a pale golden hue and an inviting aromatic profile bursting with stone fruits, citrus, and tropical notes alongside delicate floral and herbal undertones. On the palate, it delivers a crisp, refreshing experience with bright acidity and a smooth, elegant mouthfeel. The wine maintains excellent balance throughout, concluding with subtle hints of honey, herbaceous freshness, and a distinctive mineral character.
Food Pairing: Pair it with sharp white cheddar, melted gruyere fondue, or grilled shrimp skewers to beautifully cut through the rich, savory fats with bright, lively acidity.
90 Points - Wine and Spirits
