291 Colorado "The Bad Guy" Bourbon Whiskey is bottled at barrel-proof strength, arriving at 57.8% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. It is a bold, uncompromising bourbon built for drinkers who want full-force flavor rather than a softened pour.
The nose and palate lean on robust oak character and intense bourbon spice. Expect barrel char and oak spice up front, vanilla and caramel filling in the middle, and a peppery finish carrying notable complexity.
Made using a craft distillery approach, with close attention to detail and distinctive flavor development through production.
